GVO provides a transparent and structured payout schedule to ensure all affiliates are rewarded accurately and on time for their efforts. Below is a detailed breakdown of our payout schedule and policies:

1. General Payout Schedule

  • Payout Day: Commissions are paid every Friday.

  • Payment Delay: There is a 3-week delay between earning commissions and receiving payments, excluding the GotBackup Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB), which is paid within the same week. This delay ensures proper verification and processing.

2. Weekly Payouts

  • Payouts cover commissions earned during a specific week.

  • Example: Commissions generated between October 28 - November 3 will be paid on November 24 (3 weeks later).

3. Commission Categories

  • Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB) in GotBackup:

    • Paid the Friday of the same week the customer signs up.

  • Other Bonuses:

    • Bonuses from products like SendShark  are included in the Friday payout following the 3-week delay.
    • GotBackup Bonuses: Bonuses for GotBackup are calculated monthly, typically around the 5th of each month, and are paid out the following Friday.

4. Payout Methods

  • Wise.com

    • For direct bank transfers in local currency. Affiliates need to provide accurate bank details and ensure their Wise account is discoverable by email.

  • PayQuicker.com

    • Payments are processed to the affiliate’s PayQuicker account. Affiliates must create an account and accept payments promptly.

5. Minimum Balance for Payout

  • A minimum balance of $20 is required for payout processing.

  • Balances below this threshold will roll over to the following week.


6. How to Track Your Payments

  • Affiliates can track their commissions and payout schedule in the Affiliate Dashboard:

    1. Log in to your account.

    2. Navigate to My Business >> My Payout Options.

    3. Review your payment history and upcoming payouts.

7. Support for Payment Issues

If you experience any delays or discrepancies, please contact our support team with the following details:

  • Your affiliate username.

  • Payment method (Wise/PayQuicker).

  • Specific details of the issue (e.g., missing payment, incorrect amount).
